My experience here has been appalling. Been going to Danny for two years and been absolutely fine, I Phoned to go back because the blonde I had in wasn't noticeable, They did it and everything was fine. when I tried to book another appointment they told me that Danny wasn't doing colour any more, when I asked if she could cut it and someone else colour for me they tried to make excuses which I found very strange, then the owner Brian came on the phone and said that Danny is not doing my hair and I need to find somewhere else. I asked him to explain why and could I speak to Danny at which point he got very rude wouldn't let me speak and said it's his salon he can do what ever he wants, he then said I was giving him earache, laughed at me and put the phone down. I was left feeling very shocked and upset and angry what a way to treat customers. I think Danny has acted appallingly and if she gets that upset and stressed out and treats her clients that way then maybe she needs to look for another profession. A word of advice, if you're thinking about going to the salon you'll be fine as long as you don't question the cut or colour. The owner is a very rude, arrogant little man who has acted disgracefully.
